NZPrintFlow is a print-shop management and ERP web app for Malaysian apparel printers working with sublimation, silkscreen, DTF, heat press and embroidery. It brings quotations, job tracking, inventory, cost estimates and customer artwork approvals into one workflow.
Staff can update production stages using QR codes, while customers use tracking links to review progress and approve proofs. The platform advertises AI-assisted scheduling, order imports, receipt capture and stock forecasting, with features varying by plan. It supports Malaysian Ringgit records and accounting exports.
The mobile web app supports selected offline job-sheet and QR workflows on Android and iOS. An Adobe Illustrator pre-press extension is sold separately as a one-time add-on. Subscription plans start at RM20 per month, with a 14-day trial.
