Queue Desk by Revnology is a cloud queue management system for clinics, cafés, restaurants, service counters, retail, public services and events. Customers scan a QR code (or enter an access code) to join, with no app and no sign-up, then see their number, place and estimated wait on their own phone and get alerted when it's their turn.
- Staff call, cancel or recall numbers from one screen, on their own phone or a tablet
- Add a TV display, a self-service kiosk or both (Internal, Display, Self-Service and Full modes)
- WhatsApp alerts and your own custom messages (paid add-on)
- Your clickable banners (menu, promotions, bookings) on the customer's waiting page
- One queue number shared by the whole group
- Peak-hour and average-wait reports
Pricing: free for up to 50 queues a day; pay-as-you-use at RM0.05 per queue; yearly plans from RM1 a day. Custom and on-premise plans for chains and busy centres.
