Weplace

Across Malaysia, more people are starting small businesses — from pop-up markets and flea markets to home-based food and products.
Many of these sellers are actually our neighbours. Yet, we often don't even know they exist.

Imagine ordering a RM3 Americano and a RM3 nasi lemak from neighbours just a few blocks away, then picking them up at your condo lobby — without travelling far or paying unnecessary delivery fees.

That's the idea behind Weplace.

Inspired by Malaysia's "Kita Jaga Kita" spirit, Weplace is a hyperlocal social marketplace that connects neighbours to buy, sell, share, and support one another.

With rising living costs, unpredictable weather, haze, and fuel prices affecting our everyday lives, distance can become an advantage to avoid those affects.

By connecting nearby demand with local sellers, we can reduce unnecessary travel, logistics costs, and reliance on intermediaries — while making everyday goods and services more accessible.

When we support our neighbours, we strengthen our local economy and make everyday life a little easier for everyone.

Let's start with our own neighbourhood, and our improve daily life together.
